Shipping Policy

Order processing

All Pocket Tile phone cases are made to order. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please verify your phone model, selected case style, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Estimated delivery

After production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–4 business days.

Most orders arrive within approximately 5–9 business days from the order date. These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, inventory issues, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing activity after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mahjongphone@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.

If an order is returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incomplete or inaccurate address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of producing and shipping a replacement.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking has not updated for more than seven business days, or your order is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery location.
Ask household members or neighbors.
Contact the shipping carrier.
Email mahjongphone@gmail.com with your order number.

We will work with our fulfillment provider and the carrier to investigate. Refunds and replacements are evaluated individually and may not be issued until the carrier investigation is complete.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If your case arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging, when relevant

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we provide return instructions.

This does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidental damage after delivery, or ordering the wrong phone model.

Orders marked as delivered

Pocket Tile is not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. However, contact us if you cannot locate a delivered package, and we will help review the available tracking information.
